There is no commercial vehicle parking on residential streets in city of Richardson. Please let me know if plan to have trailers, RV, buses, and can guide you to other listings if are able. Thank you for your understanding! This will make sure no vehicles get towed or fined.
All gathering requests need to be approved by host.
Intimate Gathering:
Up to 15 additional guests (beyond overnight count)

• Small celebrations

Standard Gathering:
16–25 additional guests
💲 $1,000 flat fee
Ideal for:
• Baby showers
• Engagement parties
• Graduation dinners

• Strictly No open-invite / ticketed events
• No DJs
• No events past 10 PM (city ordinance
compliance)
• No street parking overflows
All gatherings must be pre-approved in writing.
The following will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund plus additional fines/fees:
• Unauthorized guests beyond approved count
• Unapproved event setup (tents, DJs, vendors, catering trucks)
• Excessive noise complaints
• Violation of city occupancy or parking rules
• Ticketed or open-invite events
There will be additional fees for unapproved guests ($100 per person).
